CherryMenu offers a simple easy to use GUI that can be used by anyone and has no learning curve what so ever. For changing or updating menu, all you have to do is access the online menu dashboard from which changing items and updating prices is easy as it sounds and quick.
Do I need to contact a graphic expert for updating pictures and look?
You do not have to hire or contact any expert when it comes to updating pictures or overall theme. Changing pictures and restaurant logo in CherryMenu comes with easy to use system where you just have to select the right picture in any format and it will update it automatically across all menus.

Do customers order directly from tablet or the server on their behalf?
No. CherryMenu doesn’t facilitate ordering. It allows your customers to see the menu: Images, videos, features. They get full information on the food they will order before placing order.
Is Internet connectivity required?
Internet is only required when updating the menu, you do not require internet connection to run the menu itself. When internet is not available due to whatever reason on the premises, you can also make changes to the menu that will automatically update when its internet connectivity is restored.
Which Tablet should I choose for the most optimum experience?
CherryMenu supports all Android based tablets as well iPads. We do advice the restaurants to use tablets running latest version of Android and iPads for the best experience.
What is your refund policy?
CherryMenu offers a fully functional free 30 days trial version for you to test the software. We even offer free on-boarding and training during the trial period. As we have a ‘try before you buy’ approach, we do not offer a refund for the products.
How many languages are supported by CherryMenu?
As of now, CherryMenu is available in English and Arabic, both languages are displayed on the same screen so your guest wont have to switch languages,
